Tiara Models

Models from nationwide have been auditioning for our upcoming fashion show. Once we have made our final decision, you will see who made the cut, and who has been named a Tiara Model.

The October 1st, 2011 rehearsal is held Saturday at 6pm with a NEW location. Please arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn by 5:30pm. Due to limited seating we ask that parents are NOT present. Rehearsal will run from 6-9pm.

Sunday Oct 2nd
ALL Tiara Models are to arrive at The Hilton Garden Inn at 7am. EXCEPT FOR EKAYE BOUTIQUE MODELS… you will meet at Theresa’s house. Here is her number 630. 674. 9313.
ALL CHILDREN MODELS wearing Dress the Occasion are to arrive at The Hilton at 11am for lunch. Hair and Makeup will follow rehearsal.

We will cover all updates, walking patterns, and listen to Jojo Sayson speak. We will sell raffle tickets so models can have a chance to win prizes that night (tickets are $1 each, $10 entire arms length), program books are $10 each, LOLC pins to support the cause are $3 each, DVD orders are now $40 each. All of this is optional and not mandatory. Being at the rehearsal however, is mandatory.  If you failed to select an outfit with your designer or boutique there is nothing we can do and you will no longer be in our show, no exceptions.

All guests will be placed on our ticket list. There will NOT be tickets handed out to anyone. This is to be environmentally friendly and to save on cost.

Things guests should know:

-Everyone is to arrive at Medinah Shriners at 4pm for the Motivational Seminar by internationally renowned speaker, Jojo Sayson. Doors open at 3:30pm. This was originally open to VIP only but now we are opening this to everyone.  If attendees can not make it due to work, etc, they may arrive at 5:30pm to get seated for the remainder of the show. Seating is first come first served basis.
-Dress code for all guests (not models) is black and white. Please adhere to the dress code. Guests may have one accent of gold or burgundy purple. -Guests may purchase raffles tickets ($1 for 1 or $5 for entire arms length), DVDs ($40 day of show), silent auctions for cruises (starting bid at about $500), program books ($10 each), and tickets for food (Pricing tba day of show). We will also have a photo booth in the corner for group or single photos for our guests. There will also be various vendors with clothing, jewelry, etc. If you know anyone that would like to donate or volunteer please have them contact us directly editor@tiaramag.net or they may email info@liveoutloudcharity.org
