Ms Gretchen Freudenvoll

USA’s Ms Royal Elite Woman 2011

June 25, 2011 in Atlanta, Georgia: Ms New York from the Rochester Area was crowned USA’s Ms Royal Elite Woman 2011, Ms Gretchen Freudenvoll. Her entire winning wardrobe is from Cache, and it will be her official wardrobe company during her reign.

Gretchen’s triumphant walk across stage is just the beginning of a journey that will see her visit every corner of our country while serving in her prominent role. While travelling, she will address audiences across the Nation regarding numerous topics ranging from personal principles to family values (that we all can identify with). While the notion sounds cliché, the American Dream is the backbone of her role as Ms Royal Elite. Contributing to the American Dream aspect is her support of numerous causes, but most importantly cancer awareness, a much stronger education system, and the Support of Our Troops and 1st Responders. As the founder/owner of US Dream Pageant Production started in 2009, she will be hosting her pageant in the Rochester, NY area, where all Queen Winners will be competing for National titles at the USA’s Royal Elite Pageant in Atlanta, Ga. in July 2012, as Gretchen passes her crown on to her successor. Escorting the winners will be representatives from all the Military Branches, as well as 1st Responders.

US Dreams Production Foundation Inc is a Non-profit Organization, where Gretchen takes a very active role in all functions as the founder. She dedicates herself to ensure that children receive every opportunity to learn and grow, no matter what circumstances may be involved, be it providing supplies or funding. This includes helping families who serve in our Nations Forces, as a way of saying “THANK YOU” for allowing us to live our everyday lives, including sending care packages overseas. For those in need of “man’s best friend” Gretchen sees to it that families are blessed with the companionship of a service animal as a means of handling Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. She also believes aiding 1st Responders by providing fully trained animals for search and rescue such as K9 units is a worthy cause. While Gretchen has many topics she would like to see addressed, cancer awareness is one that stems from personal happenings, from close friends and family, to her own daughter. A devoted mother of two, her daughter Alexandria was diagnosed with cancer at the age of fifteen months nearly twenty years ago. Defying the doubters, her daughter is a proud cancer survivor who was crowned Miss Teen New York for the United States Pageant in 2009. Her other child Nicholas, is eighteen years old and is currently a senior at Webster Schroeder with aspirations to attend college with an emphasis on Bio-Engineering.

Gretchen’s devotion to so many causes does not stem only from her daughter. Her son Nicholas has his own story to tell. Three years ago, Nicholas suffered severe injuries after being hit by a vehicle while walking home from school. Thanks to the quick action of 1st Responders at the scene, her son is still with us. With Nicholas in rehab and needing special educational opportunities, Gretchen became more involved with support services that children with life-changing injuries require, that the educational systems are no longer able to provide. During these difficult times friends lent their support, but undying love and affection came from man’s best friend. As an avid canine lover, her Bernese Mountain Dogs never left her side during this period, providing a comfort that all dog owners are familiar with.

Gretchen’s partnership company, US Dream Production Foundation is a new company, but her goal is to bring the concept of the American Dream back to the Nation, but especially her own backyard of Rochester, NY. Partnering with her on these endeavors will be Nashville recording artist Rickey Lee Watson and Cheryl Gravino who will be representing Unity Foundation member P*A*V*E – Post Abuse Victims Evolve, who will be aiding Gretchen in her support of Vets and their families. Veterans will not be the only beneficiaries, as the involvement of Rickey Lee Watson will also benefit Cancer Awareness. All proceeds raised will go to families dealing with the rigors of cancer as well as local cancer foundations.

For the Troops that are coming home from deployment, Gretchen is hoping to provide a special gift. This would entail providing the reunited families the means to have a weekend getaway sponsored through the foundation, while also finding a way to reestablish the Fantasy Flights in the Rochester and Buffalo regions. The goals she has for the Western part of New York, is how Gretchen plans to aid every state when she visits. Where a family needs assistance, Gretchen and Rickey Lee Watson plan to be there. Her message with Rickey Lee Watson is simply this – It takes hard work and determination to follow your dreams, no matter what circumstances may arise along the way, one hand one heart at a time. “Gretchen Freudenvoll is an inspiration that helps others to achieve their dreams. She is an outgoing, caring, motivating and understanding person who is always looking out for others before herself.   As a mother she is always taking care of her children making sure they have all they need to be successful in their lives. Her three Bernese Mountain dogs are raised as children in the house hold. She takes time for herself, whether it’s by riding bikes/ motorcycles, gardening, in the gym and enjoying time with friends and family. ” She is always reminding people to “Follow your dreams and heart, live your lives to the fullest and never take anything for granted.”
