Stephanie Piller spent many years as a professional runway and print model in NYC. She is the former Ms. Galaxy International queen. Stephanie has won numerous state, national, and international titles. She is also a pageant coach and director of Illinois Galaxy pageants. What makes you influential?
I have always followed my heart and my dreams and I have done it without stepping on others. I have achieved success while being myself and I think that speaks volumes about me as a woman and in my career.

What consists of the perfect beauty queen?
In one simple word. Genuine. I teach my girls to be themselves and KNOW who they are. I think that the judges will pick a genuine girl every time over the programmed or phony contestant.

With all of the pageant winners you have coached, what can you contribute to their success?
I hope that I have given them the boost of confidence that is needed to win a pageant and take them through life. Once I work with a girl or they are one of my titleholders they are part of my family and I treat them as such.

How does someone become a contestant for the Illinois Galaxy Pageant?
I am also directing Wisconsin Galaxy too!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I just had a baby girl a few months ago and she is my world. I would love to have 1-2 more children within the next 5 years. I also would like to continue with my consulting work and to see my state Galaxy pageants grow and prosper!
